At PlayLearnLab, we sell educational products in the form of digital downloadable PDF files as well as printed activity books.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Digital products available on our website are delivered as downloadable PDF files.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered or downloaded.
No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.
Printed Books
For printed books, orders are processed and shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Once a printed book order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and availability of the product.
Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed.
Printed book orders can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Issues for Printed Books
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are correct.
PlayLearnLab will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer unavailability, reshipping may be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
